In LUNA Capital, players must strategically manage game elements to develop the optimal lunar settlement worthy of being the off-planet colony's capital. A variety of construction cards is available in a shared "market," with each player being assigned a set of project tiles. Players take turns drawing cards and their accompanying tiles, placing them in their personal playing area. Cards must be arranged in a maximum of three rows in ascending numerical order. Tiles are then placed on the corresponding spaces on the cards, aiming to efficiently group the various projects for city construction. Essential projects such as oxygen collectors, greenhouses, residential complexes, and sales offices for premium view apartments are included on the tiles. Scores are based on the arrangement and placement of these categories within each player's personal area.
